Recipe for Meatloaf

Classic meatloaf ‘blueprint’.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground sirloin

1/2 lb. ground sausage

1/2 cup onion chopped finely

1/2 cup yellow or green bell pepper

2 Tbsp. parsley fresh and chopped

2 cloves of garlic – minced

3/4 cup dried bread crumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

2 Tbsp. tomato paste

1 tsp. dijon mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire

Dash of hot Tobasco sauce

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. fr. ground pepper

This part holds true for almost every meatloaf recipe. Oven pre-heated to 350*. 9×5 graesed loaf pan. Leave a small edge around uncooked meatloaf for fat runoff. Bake for about one hour or ubtil meatloaf is firm and browned on the top.
